- Complete Tuition Fee will be covered.
- All Admission Fee will be covered.
- A monthly stipend of 144,000 JPY will be provided for living expenses. This amount is subject to change if necessary.
- Round-trip airfare tickets will be provided for travel from your home country to Japan and back after completion of your degree.

- The Asian Development Bank Scholarship offers over 300 fully funded scholarships annually.
- Asia Pacific University has been affiliated with the ADB since 2010 and provides these scholarships each year. The scholarship program lasts for two years.

- If you have written any thesis, please provide its abstract or an example of previous written work and/or a list of research achievements to date.
- Certificate(s) of employment demonstrating at least two years of work experience acquired after receiving a bachelor’s degree.
- Recent income tax return or proof of your guardian's monthly or yearly salary.
- Certification of family income (including the income of the applicant's parents or spouse).

Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicant must have nationality of an ADB member country
- Currently not living or working outside of national country
- Have at least two years of full-time work experience after obtaining a bachelor’s degree at the time of application
- Be 35 years old or less at the time of application
- Not already be enrolled in a graduate degree program
- Not be an executive director, alternate director, management or staff of ADB, nor a consultant or relative of the aforementioned
- You have to return to your home country after completing degree
- Intend to enroll at APU in September 2025.
