Eligibility Criteria for the CERN Administrative Student Program:

To be eligible for the Administrative Student Program 2024-25, you must meet the following criteria:

  • To be eligible, participants must be citizens of or studying in a CERN Member or Associate Member State, as listed here.
  • Successful applicants will be able to participate in the program for a period of at least two months and a maximum of 12 months as full-time students.
  • Applicants must have completed a minimum of 18 months of undergraduate studies (Bachelor or Masters).
  • Candidates should demonstrate a strong command of English or French.
