- Applicants and their parents, regardless of nationality, are eligible to apply for the Korean Scholarship, except for Korean citizens and dual citizenship holders.
- Korean citizens and dual citizenship holders (those possessing Korean citizenship and citizenship of another country) are not eligible to apply.
