Global UGRAD Undergraduate Program 2023-24 for International Students:

The Global UGRAD Undergraduate Program for the 2023-24 academic year is now accepting applications from international students. This program offers a semester-long exchange opportunity to study in the United States. To be eligible, applicants must be currently enrolled in their 3rd, 4th, 5th, or 6th semester of a degree program (or in their 2nd or 3rd year of a degree program using an annual system) at a university or institute in their home country. While no IELTS or TOEFL scores are required at the initial application stage, successful candidates will need to provide these scores after final selection. This is a fully funded program. Eligibility Requirements for the UGRAD Program:

To be eligible for the Global UGRAD Undergraduate Program in the USA, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must be 25 years of age or younger.
  • Applicants must be residents of one of the countries listed above.
  • Applicants must submit recent and old academic transcripts with their applications.
  • Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university in Pakistan.
  • Applicants must be committed to returning to Pakistan after completing the program.
  • Applicants must be in their 14th or 15th year of education.

Who is ineligible to apply:

  • You have Dual Nationality with the US or are a permanent US resident.
  • You are in your final year of university.
  • You have a family member (parent, spouse, fiancĂ©) who is a permanent resident in the US or has US citizenship.
  • You possess dual nationality.
  • Employees, as well as their children, spouses, fiancĂ©s, parents, siblings, and dependents, of the US Department of State, USAID or the Fulbright organization are not eligible to apply.

Important Note: Only certain students will be required to submit Reference Letters and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current academic institution.

The Global UGRAD program offers a semester of pre-academic English language instruction for students who need it. Students requiring pre-academic English will participate in English language training during the fall semester of the 2024-25 academic year. Following this, they will continue their academic coursework in their chosen fields of study during the spring semester.
