Each participating UK university is responsible for its own recruitment process to select a set number of candidates for the Commonwealth Common Scholarship. To be eligible for a master's degree program, your field of study should align with your undergraduate degree. You cannot directly select universities, but the list of available options will be presented based on your undergraduate degree. You must choose a university from this provided list.
While IELTS / TOEFL and GRE scores are not mandatory at the time of application, they are highly recommended. These scores significantly improve your chances of admission, as most universities in Turkey require TOEFL and GRE scores for entry. While some universities accept IELTS scores, the majority require TOEFL. It's important to note that you don't need to be accepted by any specific university prior to applying. Upon successful application, you will be automatically placed in your chosen university. However, if your desired university requires TOEFL / GRE scores and you haven't submitted them during the application process, you will need to provide these documents during the interview stage.
Sabanci University Scholarship:
Sabanci University extends a comprehensive support package to international students, encompassing tuition fees, monthly stipends, and scholarships for accommodation. This scholarship encompasses a **stipend of 2500 TL**, covering double-occupancy hostel accommodation for a duration of 10 months (summer scholarship is not included). Given the cost-effective nature of Turkey, you can potentially save enough to cover your expenses for an additional two months.
To be considered for admission, you must submit scores from both the GRE (with a minimum quantitative score of 153) and the TOEFL. Alternatively, if you have a minimum score of 65 on the NTS/GAT, you can use those scores in place of the GRE and TOEFL for your application.
Koç University Scholarship:
All students enrolled in the master's program enjoy a 100% tuition fee waiver, meaning they pay 0 TL. The top student in the program also benefits from a comprehensive scholarship package, including:
- A monthly stipend of 1500 TL.
- A monthly housing allowance of 750 TL.
- Health insurance coverage.

The GRE and TOEFL are required for admission. IELTS is not accepted.
Bilkent University Scholarship:

King Abdullah University of Science and Technology Scholarship:
KAUST provides scholarships for both Master's and PhD students. These scholarships cover tuition fees, **monthly stipends** (ranging from $20,000 to $30,000 annually, depending on qualifications and progress through degree programs), accommodation, medical expenses, and subsidized meals at the University Cafeteria. Additionally, the scholarships include return flight tickets.
While the GRE is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged and can significantly enhance your chances of selection. IELTS/TOEFL scores are required for admission.
King Abdulaziz University (KAU) Scholarship:
