- A clear scanned copy of a valid passport.
- Notarized highest diploma (in Chinese/English or notarized in Chinese/English).
- Academic transcripts (in Chinese/English or notarized in Chinese/English).
- The applicant's study plan in China (in Chinese or English).
- Certificate of Chinese/English proficiency (Exemption for those who Studied at English Institute).
- Non-criminal record (within 5 months).
- A copy of the physical examination form.
- Two Letters of Recommendation (in Chinese or English)

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the NPU International Scholarships 2024-25 in China, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be foreign citizens in good physical and mental health.
- Master's degree candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and be no older than 35 years at the time of application.
- Doctoral (Ph.D.) candidates must hold a Master's degree and be no older than 40 years old at the time of application. All applicants must be in good health.
- Undergraduate applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old.
- All applicants must possess a valid passport.
Application Deadline:
- Batch 1: November 15, 2023 – February 15, 2024
- Batch 2: February 16, 2024 – March 15, 2024
Applicants for the CSC Scholarship:
- Batch 1: November 15, 2023 – January 15, 2024
- Batch 2: January 16, 2024 – February 15, 2024
Applicants for the NPU President Scholarship and the Xi'an City "The Belt and Road" International Student Scholarship:
- The exhibition will be open from November 15th, 2023 to May 15th, 2024.
Applying for NPU International Scholarships
To apply for NPU International Scholarships 2024-25 in China, please utilize the Online Application System. Carefully adhere to the following instructions:
Step 1: CSC Applicants Only: Apply Online at https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/. Scholarship Type is B and Agency Number is 10699. Complete the application form, upload all required documents, download the form, and print a copy.
Step 2: All Applicants are required to apply online at http://admission.nwpu.edu.cn/ and upload all necessary documents.
Step 3: Pay the Application Fee of 600 CNY.
