This certificate must be issued by the Competent Authority of HEC/PMDC/PMC/PEC & QEDC of the relevant Administrative Department. The Commission will accept this certificate as final during the interview process or whenever requested. Failure to provide the Equivalence Certificate at the time of the interview or when requested by the Commission will result in the candidate's application being cancelled.
- Candidates claiming experience with a private firm or entity must provide proof at the time of the interview that the firm or entity is registered with the SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other relevant Regulatory Authority. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of their application.
- Upon applying for a particular post, candidates must immediately apply for a Departmental Permission Certificate/NOC from their respective Department(s) and present this certificate at the time of the interview (if called).
- Candidates must ensure that they have obtained or applied for registration with PEC/PNC/PMDC/PMC/PVMC or other relevant bodies for a Registration Certificate on or before the Closing Date. They must provide this certificate at the time of the interview (if called).
- Candidates must provide marks obtained / total marks or a percentage certificate for all degrees, issued by the Competent Authority, at the time of the interview. CGPA is not acceptable.

- The Shorthand Test and Typing & Proficiency Test, if required, will ONLY be held in Lahore.
