£10,000 tuition fee scholarships for postgraduate students from China, Indonesia, Kenya, and Malaysia at the University of York.
About This Scholarship
The York University GREAT Scholarship 2026 is a prestigious award offered in partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign. It provides four scholarships of £10,000 each to exceptional students from China, Indonesia, Kenya, and Malaysia. The scholarship is specifically for one-year postgraduate taught programs at the University of York, a member of the elite Russell Group. Eligibility is strictly limited to passport holders of the four mentioned countries who are assessed at the international fee rate. The selection process is highly competitive and merit-based, favoring candidates with the equivalent of a UK first-class degree. Certain pathways like the Hull York Medical School and distance learning courses are excluded from this funding.
