The UP Scholarship 2023-24 Online Application is now open to residents of India. Both new and returning students in Uttar Pradesh are eligible to apply for this scholarship opportunity. Through the SAKSHAM online portal, students enrolled in institutions and colleges within the state (and occasionally outside the state) can apply for this award. To apply for the UP Government Scholarship 2023/24 online, applicants must prepare the following documents:
- Upload a recent photograph.
- Submit your previous degree's mark sheet.
- Provide your previous year's academic results.
- Include your current university/board registration number (excluding first-year students).
- Attach your Aadhaar card with a linked mobile number.
- Provide a bank account statement linked to your Aadhaar card.
- Submit an income certificate.

Eligibility Criteria for UP Scholarship 2023:
To be eligible for the UP Scholarship 2023, students must meet the following criteria:
- To be eligible, applicants must currently reside in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
- All applicants must provide proof of enrollment in a recognized educational institution.
- Applying for the Pre-Matric Scholarship for Grade 9: I have successfully completed Grade 8 and am now a Grade 9 student.
- Scholarship for Matriculation High School Juniors: I have successfully completed 9th standard and am now a student in 10th.
- For Class XI: Scholarship for further education: I have completed Grade 10 and am now in Class XI.
- Scholarship for college students after completing 12th year: I have completed grade 11 and am now in grade 12.
- Dashmotar Scholarship: This scholarship is available to participants of Undergraduate, Graduate, and Postgraduate Diploma and Certificate Examinations.
